As a postpartum doula and parent coach, I will hold your hand through all the unknowns, stresses, and joys of parenthood and beyond.
Having been a seasoned nanny for many years, I specialized as a vital parent support and family advocate for infants, toddlers, and multiples. That experience coupled with my further specialization as a postpartum doula and newborn care specialist, makes me a strong resource to get you through these new times.
Empowerment, education, and hands-on care are something a doula can provide in a way no one else can. Whether that means teaching you about how your body is changing after birth, or coaching you through a difficult baby stage, a doula’s role is always to help you step into yours.
My Story
My passion has always been helping families grow. I am a mom, a stepmom, and have nannied many of Houston's babies and children over the years! During the second decade of my work I began specializing in multiples. Since working with moms and newborns, I have also certified as a postpartum nutrition professional. This knowledge is yet another skillset with which I am able to serve families.
With every family there are new challenges and dynamics to work through. My biggest joy is to help a new mom who is struggling with her newborn, or a family adjusting to twins with older siblings in the home also trying to adjust. My role as your postpartum doula or your personal coach and parent educator is to give you the tools you need to feel confident and successful in your own parenting journey. So much of the process can seem overwhelming and my goal here is to bring you to a thriving place in your parenting so you can enjoy the time spent with your littles without stress.
